Vascular calcification, particularly at coronary levels, are related with CV mortality. Few data are available on the long term behavior of coronary artery calcifications in kidney transplantation (KTx). We evaluated at 1 month and 5years after KTx CAC using agatson score and explored the clinical and biochemical factors related with them and the factors implicated with their progression.
